[New paper] Gastric cancer PDx model
A new paper published in Scientific Reports.
In this study, Ka-kyung Kim, Gunho Lee and Sangwoo Kim analyzed mutation and transcription profile of patient derived xenografts (PDx) of gastric cancer to identify genomic correlation between original tumor and mouse PDx.
