[New paper] A comprehensive benchmark for mosaic variant detection is published!

Our new paper ‘Comprehensive benchmarking and guidelines of mosaic variant calling strategies’ is now available at Nature Methods. We present a comprehensive benchmark on mosaic variant detection, which is known to be challenging owing to its technical and conceptual difficulties. Yoo-Jin Ha and four of our lab members, Seungseok Kang, Jisoo Kim, Junhan Kim, and Se-Young Jo participated in unveiling the condition-dependent strengths and weaknesses of current mosaic variant detection methods, to guide researchers with a best practice and guidelines for mosaic variant detection.
